Shelby Jacs is a data systems and research analyst and facilitator who has a passion for empowering vulnerable populations through the development of community-based solutions that are localized yet scalable. She brings years of experience as a research consulting professional in the corporate sector as well as a frontline worker in homeless shelters to her work at Urban Matters. This unique breadth of work experience has developed her skills across quantitative analysis, data-driven decision making, trauma-informed approach to engagement and multi-stakeholder engagement. At her core, she is an innovative and collaborative problem solver with a drive to help communities grow equitably.
